Family First

GLOBAL NEWS – The Fellowship of Fathers Foundation (FoFF) and Family First Global (FFG) have officially released their 2025 Annual Report, detailing a landmark year of service that saw the sister organizations reach millions of families across Asia, Europe, and beyond. Operating on a distinctive “tentmaker” model—where global leadership accepts zero salary to ensure donor funds go directly to effective service programs—the 2025 report highlights a year characterized by large scale crisis response in countries like Ukraine and Myanmar, global media expansion in the Urdu speaking world, and the strategic equipping of countless partners and leaders in each of the 10 FFG nations.

In their joint end of year message, Chairmen Glenn Yu (Family First Asia) and Gregory Slayton (Family First Global) emphasized the critical role of local leadership in achieving this success.

“We are especially proud of the wonderful FFG Leadership Teams that provide outstanding local leadership in each FFG Nation,” Yu and Slayton stated in the report. “By God’s grace, the faithful men and women on each of our national leadership teams direct and drive our work in that nation. That is what allows us to serve millions of families on a very small budget.”

Highlight: Leadership Summit 360 in Jakarta. A centerpiece of the year’s success was the Leadership Summit 360, held in Jakarta, Indonesia, on October 31, 2025. The summit gathered more than 320 business CEOs and marketplace leaders under the theme “Thriving in Family and Business”. Designed to equip leaders to build lasting impact through purpose-driven transformation, the event brought together prominent voices from across Asia to empower participants to strengthen both their families, their businesses, and their nations.
