This year 2023, we at Family First Global are thrilled to continue to expand our family and faith-building efforts globally. We believe that families are the backbone of society, and with the many changes happening in our world, we are committed to strengthening and supporting all families more than ever.

We can see the need for strong families in Asia and Europe, where the decline of families is becoming a growing concern. To achieve this, strong leadership is critical. What Ambassador Slayton initiated 11 years ago has grown into a large multinational Christian service organization that has served many millions of families.

We believe in the importance of successful leadership transitions to the next generation. That is why we are proud to officially announce, as planned for 2+ years now, Mr. Glenn Yu has officially been unanimously elected as the new Chairman of Family First Asia.

Mr. Slayton will continue on the Board of Family First Asia and will still be deeply involved. He will also be leading Family First Global in its expansion in Europe, which is well underway. Last year, FFG was able to lay the groundwork for Family First Poland and Family First Ukraine. This year we are continuing our efforts to help families affected by the war in Ukraine and other challenging situations.

As Mr. Slayton leads the FFG effort in these new fields, we are honored to have two dedicated FFG leaders and changemakers stepping up to continue and strengthen the work in Asia.

Mr. Glenn Yu, President of Pamilya Muna Pilipinas, will be the new chairman for Family First Asia. Pak Handi Irawan, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Family First Indonesia, will step up as Vice-Chairman for Asia. Both are committed and successful leaders in business and in the work they have done for many years for Family First.

Glenn Yu is the CEO of SEAOIL Philippines, Inc., the leading and largest independent fuel company in the country. He is regarded by everyone in the organization as an innovative, God-centered, and family-loving leader who encourages employees to strive for excellence and integrity in their professional and personal lives.

Pak Handi Irawan is the CEO and founder of Frontier Group in Indonesia and the Chairman of the Indonesian Christian Education Council (MPK), an organization that oversees 7,000 Christian Schools in Indonesia.

His expertise and experience in managing organizations and creating positive change will undoubtedly be a valuable addition to our leadership team.
