Family First Global Partners with Tato.net Poland Hosted the Largest Ever Father & Families Celebration in Warsaw
Hundreds of Polish and Ukrainian Families Enjoy Family Building Games, Rides, and Events at One of Warsaw’s Best Parks; With Money Raised to Help Ukrainian Refugees
Family First Global (FFG) worked with its leading Polish partner, Tato.net, to host the largest ever “Fathers and Families Celebration” in Warsaw on the afternoon of June 18th. Despite heavy rain at the outset, over 1,000 celebrants joined the fun, including hundreds of Polish and Ukrainian families.
FFG and Tato.net targeted Ukrainian refugee families with the goal of blessing them with a free and fun time for all members of the family. There are an estimated two million Ukrainian refugees in Poland today due to the Russian invasion. The event was free to the public, but the organizers used the event to raise money for charities serving Ukrainian refugees both in Poland and Ukraine.
Hundreds of Families– Parents and Children Alike, Enjoy Fun Games and Activities
Tato.net Chairman, Dariusz Cupial was extremely enthusiastic about the event: “Despite bad weather, we had a great turnout. And every family I saw at the Celebration was having a lot of fun. I want to thank our outstanding Host Committee, and especially our Event Organizers, Mr. Maciej Kucharek and Mr. Zbigniew Danilewski, for doing such an outstanding job. I also want to thank our fabulous partners at Family First Global. It was actually Ambassador Slayton who first proposed this idea. He and FFG were instrumental in the success of the Fathers and Families Celebration, and we look forward to working with them going forward.”
The event encouraged meaningful father and son bonding activities for the attendees
FFG Chairman, Mr. Gregory Slayton, was similarly enthusiastic, “Full credit to our great partners at Tato.net, our outstanding Host Committee, and our ‘never quit’ Event Managers. The event was a big success, not just for those who attended but also for those who saw the major media coverage the event generated. It’s no accident that Fatherhood, Motherhood, and Family have been the cornerstones of every successful civilization in history. It’s great to see this reality in practice in Poland, one of America’s most important European allies. We look forward to co-hosting this event again next year in Warsaw and hopefully in Kiev as well!” Slayton concluded.
Encouraging and inspiring family and parenting talks were included in the whole-day program
