Warsaw, Poland, April 2022: The Fellowship of Fathers Foundation, via its international partnership Family First Global, is helping to deliver many tons of relief supplies to Ukrainian refugees via its network of partner churches and synagogues in Poland and Western Ukraine.

Almost 20 tons of relief supplies have already been delivered to 20 partner churches in a region just north of Lviv in Western Ukraine. Each of these churches has been overwhelmed by refugees fleeing west to avoid the carnage. The relief supplies delivered included ready-to-eat food, basic medical supplies and personal hygiene products such as soap, diapers, and toothbrushes. Two more trucks will be sent over the border in the next two weeks – also to partner churches and synagogues who are serving masses of refugees.

FFG is also helping to deliver 3,000 lbs. of non-lethal military aid such as Level 3 Body Armor, night vision goggles, and helmets to Ukrainian Special Forces (USF) via a Falcon 900 that will depart from Fort Bragg NC this Sunday, April 10th for a Polish airfield close to the Ukrainian border. From there, FFG partners will truck the equipment to a secure USF warehouse in Lviv where it will be distributed to USF units in need, as well as key workers such as truck drivers. All truck drivers in Ukraine are now required to wear helmets and Body Armor when driving. More Falcon flights are planned.

Finally, United Parcel Service (UPS) has graciously offered to send 240,000 lbs of relief supplies to Warsaw, Poland from its Louisville logistics hub via 747. UPS has asked the Ukrainian Freedom Alliance (UFA https://ukrainefreedomalliance.org/) of which FoFF/FFG are Founding Members, to help coordinate both filling the 747 with relief supplies and distribution of the supplies from Warsaw to key trusted partners in Western Ukraine. Already, FoFF/FFG have procured commitments of 100,000 lbs. of ready-to-eat food, basic medical supplies and personal hygiene products for the first flight on April 19th. If that flight goes well, UPS has said that it is open to doing more. If you or your company, church or organization would like donate bulk food, medical supplies or personal hygiene products (500 lbs. is minimum shipment size), please email us at Admin@FamilyFirstGlobal.org.

FoFF/FFG Chairman Gregory W. Slayton recently spent 10 days in Poland/Ukraine to oversee the FFG efforts and help coordinate with FFG’s partners on the ground. “It is a great blessing to be a little blessing to those who have suffered so much,” he offered. "I want to thank each of our FFG partners around the world who have rallied to ‘join the fight.’ Thanks also to all peace loving/freedom loving people everywhere who are helping Ukraine. Over 5M+ Ukrainian refugees who have been forced from their homes, many with little more than the clothes they were wearing. We have been given so much, it is truly a blessing to give back to our brothers and sisters in need” he concluded.
